Only in the event the cancellation is a direct result of the pandemic, for example, Portugal orders the stoppage of vacation rentals due to a high number of local cases. Or, Portugal decides to restrict travel from a specific country, guests will be given the opportunity to receive full credit for their reservation if they rebook within one year. If the guest is unable to take the credit within the year, the guest will receive a full refund on the expiry date.
